About This Role The DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead its PeopleSoft HCM resource team (UX/UI Lead, Payroll Functional SME, Time and Labor Functional SME) supporting the District's Core HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor systems and related digital modernization. You will oversee delivery, staff performance, and stakeholder coordination, and serve as the primary escalation point between OCTO leadership, DCHR, and the PeopleSoft team.
