The successful Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. You will be part of the maintenance team support Kimball Tower 152 unit property providing homes to Seniors in the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. This is an on-site position. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour, dependent on experience. Flexible to change work plans, maintain a professional personal appearance, and legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).
