Ben's Structural Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. This hands-on role involves fabricating and welding miscellaneous building components while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities

  • Review and interpret shop drawings to determine weld type, size, and placement.
  • Fabricate weldments and miscellaneous components according to specifications.
  • Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform GMAW-pulse (MIG) welding in flat and horizontal positions on various materials.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality conformance using measuring devices and visual checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Complete required production, quality, and time documentation accurately and on time.
  • Support overall shop productivity through teamwork and adherence to standards.

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years of MIG welding experience on steel surfaces
