Overview

Metal Finisher - Weekend ShiftJoin Life Fitness/Hammer Strength as a Metal Finisher on our weekend shift and help build high-quality strength and fitness equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll perform grinding and finishing work, inspect welds against prints, prepare units for the next production stage, and safely operate equipment including hoists and hand tools. Your base wage will be between $22.25 - $26.15 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics.
