We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can maintain tight tolerances, meet production standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.The Waterjet Operator is responsible for machine setup, loading and unloading materials, setting offsets, monitoring performance, deburring parts, and conducting quality inspections. The role requires interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications, maintaining production rates, detecting equipment malfunctions, and performing basic preventative maintenance. Clear communication with production and quality teams is expected to ensure consistent output and shift transitions.Qualified candidates must have CAD programming experience. Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of geometric tolerances are required. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators is essential. Forklift experience is required. Candidates must possess solid math skills and demonstrate a consistent commitment to safety and quality.This is a full-time position in a manufacturing environment requiring the ability to handle large metal sheets and lift up to 55 pounds.Pay is commensurate with experience.We are seeking experienced operators who take ownership of their work and consistently deliver high-quality results.
