Overview

BrightKey is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Odenton, MD to ensure the efficient handling of products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves responsibilities such as pick/pack operations and equipment operation, while maintaining a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Organize and stack products on pallets for shipment.
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.

Required skills

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
