Overview

As a VP, Assistant Branch Manager at Charles Schwab in Campbell, CA, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of branch professionals under the guidance of the Branch Manager. This position focuses on creating and implementing a local business plan aimed at growing market share and enhancing client assets while preparing you for a future role as a Branch Manager.

Required skills

  • Valid and active Series 7, Series 66, and Series 9/10 licenses
  • Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry with leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to provide ongoing employee coaching and development
  • Strong business development and results-driven attitude
  • Valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within 120 days)
  • CFP designation preferred
  • Strong brokerage and industry knowledge
