If you enjoy styling beautiful spaces, working with décor and accessories, and bringing showroom displays to life, this could be the perfect fit for you.This is a fast-paced, active role where no two days look the same. You'll split your time between organizing and preparing merchandise behind the scenes and building eye-catching displays on the showroom floor that create an unforgettable customer experience. What You'll Do Create and maintain stylish, visually engaging showroom displays and lifestyle setupsAccessorize spaces using wall art, rugs, lamps, tabletop décor, and other home accentsReceive, unbox, tag, and organize showroom accessories and merchandiseHelp keep the showroom floor, accessory warehouse, and clearance areas clean, polished, and customer-readyAssist with inventory management, product tagging, and showroom replenishmentResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies as neededCoordinate with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure smooth product movement and setupHandle returned or damaged merchandise appropriately and efficiently What We're Looking For Degree in Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred - or 2+ years of relevant experienceA creative eye for design and attention to detailSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable learning inventory and purchase order systemsWillingness to travel between the Cuyahoga Falls and Fairlawn showroom locations regularlyAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 75 poundsComfortable with physical activity including standing, walking, kneeling, stretching, and moving merchandise throughout the day Why You'll Love Working Here We're more than just a furniture and home décor retailer - we're a team that's passionate about helping customers create spaces they love.
