Reporting to the Manager of Content Production, the Videographer owns the creative and technical execution of video projects, including cinematography, lighting, audio, editing, motion graphics, color, and post-production.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Produce high-quality video content for brand, marketing, social media, digital, internal communications, paid media, web, and broadcast initiatives.Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to develop and execute video concepts from creative direction through final delivery, ensuring content aligns with brand standards and objectives.Plan and execute video productions, including operating professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment and capturing interviews, testimonials, product demonstrations, scripted content, and supporting B-roll.Edit raw footage into polished video content using professional editing software, incorporating strong pacing, composition, color, typography, sound, motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and other storytelling elements.Adapt and deliver video assets across multiple platforms, formats, aspect ratios, durations, and technical specifications while conducting thorough quality-control reviews to ensure creative, technical, and brand standards are met.Organize and maintain production assets and workflows, including footage, project files, graphics, and final deliverables, while staying current on video production technology, editing techniques, platform trends, and industry best practices.Experience and Minimum Qualifications:4-6 years of professional experience in videography, video production, or a related creative discipline.Portfolio demonstrating strong cinematography, visual storytelling, editing, and post-production skills.Strong understanding of camera operation, cinematography, lighting, composition, audio, and post-production workflows.Experience creating motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and compositing.Experience producing content for social, digital, web, paid media, internal communications, and broadcast television.Ability to independently execute video projects from creative development through final delivery.Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B status).Preferred Knowledge, Sk
