As a Vice President within the Strategic Growth and Execution team in Merchant Services, you will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering our most important strategic initiatives. You will support mission-critical projects to solve the business's most challenging strategic questions and drive innovation. In addition to working on cutting-edge topics, you will help connect the dots across our business, ensuring that we bring the best solutions to our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives/projects to resolve diverse problems identified by senior leaders in the business, including but not limited to developing growth strategies, assessing and planning new market entry or new product development, evaluating partnerships and inorganic investments, as well as designing operating modelsApply structured problem-solving and design thinking to address top strategic prioritiesGather, synthesize, analyze and present project data and findings (e.g., financial modeling, valuation)Execute creative analyses and provide insight to identify issues and arrive at recommendationsPerform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sourcesDevelop strategic presentations for internal and external audiencesMonitor industry trends and share insightful reports and analyses with broader team and senior executivesMentor junior team members to grow and develop their skillsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills5+ diverse problem solving experience from either a management consulting firm, an investment banking division, product strategy, or another internal Strategy groupAn outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), work well in cross-functional teamsInterpersonal leadership and influencing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsExcellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint toolsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
