Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Property Inspector/Runner to helpensure our homes are clean, properly stocked, and completely guest-ready before each arrival.Work Hours: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.Weekend availability is required.Job Responsibilities• Perform detailed arrival inspections before guests check in• Confirm that each property is clean, organized, and ready for occupancy• Inspect bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces• Make sure all beds are properly made with clean linens• Check that towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, and guest amenities are fully stocked• Test lights, televisions, appliances, Wi-Fi, locks, and other property features• Identify cleaning, maintenance, safety, or property-damage concerns• Take clear photographs and document inspection results• Immediately report urgent issues that could affect a guest's stay• Perform light housekeeping, minor cleaning touch-ups, and restocking as needed• Deliver supplies, linens, amenities, or other items to properties as needed• Communicate professionally with cleaners, maintenance staff, and management• Use a mobile phone and inspection app to receive and complete assigned tasks• Travel between vacation rental properties throughout the workdayIdeal Candidate:The ideal candidate takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience and understands thateven small details matter.
