Overview

The Provider Finder is seeking a Urology Physician Assistant to join its neurology team in Frederick, Maryland. This role involves working in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on providing comprehensive neurological care.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct neurological assessments, review patient histories, and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Provide follow-up care for patients with chronic neurological conditions
  • Support inpatient consultations as needed
  • Work closely with supervising neurologists, nurses, and other clinical team members
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, medications, and ongoing management

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland
  • Prior neurology experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
