Overview

Lyle Health is seeking a dedicated Urology Physician Assistant to join their established team in Reston, Virginia. This full-time position offers the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment, providing both outpatient and inpatient care in urology.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a mix of outpatient and inpatient duties
  • Conduct pre-op and post-op visits for patients
  • Perform in-office procedures and specialized urology tasks such as catheter irrigation and placement
  • Provide care for same-day urgent patients
  • Assist in robotic surgeries if interested
  • Conduct hospital consults, rounds, and discharges
  • Perform inpatient procedures
  • Work collaboratively with a team of physicians and APPs

Required skills

  • Virginia Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
  • Experience in urology or a relevant specialty
  • Recent graduates with relevant clinical rotations
  • Proficiency in Spanish
