TWIC Card In Hand Crew Transportation Driver Danner's Inc., a respected leader in Maritime Transportation and Security, is expanding our team in Pasadena, TX. We are seeking dedicated and dependable drivers, who hold a valid TWIC Card, to join our team. Ideal candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent customer service. As a Crew Transport Driver, you will: Conduct vehicle inspectionsProvide transportation to crew members to and from vesselsComplete paperwork and clear crew with Customs and Border ProtectionProfessionally interact with crew, captains, and CBP personnelEnsure the safe and timely delivery and pickup of crew members and baggageCommunicate frequently with Dispatch Convey excellent customer service and professionalismAssist crewmembers with luggageBe prepared to be on call, including evenings, to support a 24-hour 7-day a week operation. RequirementsQualified Drivers shall meet the following general & physical requirements: General: Must be age 24 or older to apply REQUIREDValid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card is REQUIREDMust have a flexible schedule to accommodate variable work hours that change daily, with no standard shiftsMust possess a valid Texas driver's licenseBe observant and have attention to detailCapable of using technology for navigation and dispatchAble and resilient in responding to changing schedules and job requirementsSense of urgency, initiative, and follow-through to complete all jobs with pride in workDesire to work in a team environment in a growing companyAble to think proactively and respond appropriately to changing requirementsMust be able to proficiently speak, read & write EnglishMust be employment eligible based on background requirements to include criminal background check, clean MVR, health/drug screen2 years of recent professional driving experience in the industry preferredMust possess the ability to utilize basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, mobile applications, and company software, to complete training, conduct inspections, track assignments, and perform daily job duties. Physical: Walking up steep gangways and stairs without a fear of heightsLifting/Carrying up to 50 lbs. without assistanceLoading and unloading heavy equipment with moderate assistance Walking moderate distancesWork indoors and outdoors in inclement weatherStanding for long periods of timeSitting for long periods of timeDriving vehicles - getting in and out of vehicles several times per dayAverage / Good visionOther physical demands may be required as needed.
