Job Description Job Description Thomas Printworks is seeking an experienced Print Production Manager to lead our production operations and drive team success.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who understands the printing industry, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented professional who can balance daily production demands with long-term operational goals.At Thomas Printworks, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a talented team, strengthening customer relationships, improving processes, and helping grow the business.What You'll DoOversee daily print production and facility operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.Manage production schedules, staffing, workflow, inventory, and equipment utilization.Lead, motivate, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive and productive work environment.Recruit, coach, and address employee performance as needed.Coordinate with purchasing, production, customer service, and delivery teams to keep projects moving efficiently.Monitor production costs, productivity, and overall operational performance.Partner with the Regional Vice President to support business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring expectations are met and service remains a priority.Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen profitability.Prepare operational reports and assist with month-end responsibilities, including cash, credit, petty cash, and account reconciliations.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least five years of experience in the printing industry is required.Previous leadership experience in print production, manufacturing, or operations.Strong understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and quality control.A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a team.An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat.Comfortable working with numbers, inventory, and operational reporting.Reliable transportation and flexibility to work additional hours or weekends as business needs require.Why Join Thomas Printworks?Thomas Printworks is a privately held, diversified printing services company with more than 70 years of experience and over 20 locations across Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Minnesota.
