NC Programmer - AP100 & Amada Equipment Join a leading manufacturing organization where your expertise in sheet metal programming directly impacts production efficiency, quality, and innovation. Job Duties & Responsibilities -Create and maintain AP100 programs for Amada NC turret punches and fiber laser cutting equipment. -Develop setup sheets and organized program libraries to support efficient machine operation. -Collaborate with production planning to create optimized nested programs that maximize material utilization and production efficiency. -Test, troubleshoot, and improve programs while recommending process, tooling, and design enhancements. Required Skills & Experience -Minimum 5 years of NC programming experience for turret punch presses and laser cutting machines within a sheet metal fabrication environment. -Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. -Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, shop math, and mechanical principles. -Experience using ERP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications. Preferred Skills & Experience -Experience with SAP ERP software. -Proficiency with SolidWorks and hands-on setup/operation of Amada NC turret punches and fiber laser equipment. Education -High School Diploma or GED required. Pay Rate Range - 35 per hour + Apply Today!
