Job Description

Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions, offering a stable career with opportunities to drive late model, well-maintained trucks. The role includes performing multi-stop deliveries to automotive dealerships and requires drivers to be away from home 2 to 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
  • Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
  • Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
  • Adhere to safety protocols and schedule requirements

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and customer service
  • Ability to work a variety of dispatch times
