Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking a full-time Local Class B CDL Truck Driver in Puyallup, Washington. This role involves driving late model trucks and ensuring timely delivery of products while adhering to safety and customer service protocols. Drivers will enjoy a home-daily schedule with responsibilities including the loading and unloading of groceries for local grocery stores.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
  • Load and unload crates of groceries to grocery stores
  • Work a float schedule based on operational needs, including weekends and holidays

Required skills

  • Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement
  • 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
  • Compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
  • English language proficiency
