Overview

Penske Logistics is seeking full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers in Brighton, Michigan, who will be responsible for making 50 to 90 weekly multi-stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain. The role involves high-volume loading and unloading of refrigerated products while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform 50 to 90 multi-stop deliveries weekly
  • Load and unload products using hand dolly and lift gate
  • Maintain professional and courteous demeanor with customers
  • Ensure safe operation of a dual zone reefer trailer
  • Scan items for accurate delivery
  • Follow all federal and state laws and safety regulations

Required skills

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 1 to 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience
  • Ability to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
  • Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to lift and move weights up to 100lbs
