Overview

TripleTree, part of Capital One, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate in New York. This role involves performing critical functions in mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic advisory services, and managing client relationships, with a focus on the healthcare sector. Associates will gain significant financial and technical expertise while taking on substantial responsibilities in transaction execution and business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information
  • Manage and assist in the preparation of financial models and business valuations
  • Conduct industry and company-specific business due diligence
  • Create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables
  • Attend client meetings and draft pitch presentations
  • Develop an understanding of trends affecting the healthcare industry
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of industry research publications
  • Assist in the development and cultivation of client relationships
  • Mentor Analyst team members

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Military Experience
  • At least 3 years of investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory experience
  • Focus on Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles
  • FINRA Licenses - Series 63, Series 79, SIE
