Vensure Employer Services is seeking a trial-ready attorney with a strong litigation background to handle high-value personal injury cases in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in driving litigation strategies and representing clients effectively, with the support of an experienced legal team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead complex personal injury cases in North Carolina District and Superior Courts
  • Manage all stages of litigation, including investigation, discovery, motions, mediation, and trial
  • Conduct depositions, coordinate with experts, and prepare witnesses
  • Try cases to verdict, delivering persuasive arguments and effective cross-examinations
  • Provide clear, strategic counsel to clients throughout the process
  • Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
