Overview

JIM Property Services is looking for a Traveling Field Superintendent to lead construction projects across multiple states. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise construction activities across multiple project sites
  • Coordinate with off-site project managers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
  • Review drawings and site conditions for project understanding
  • Compile comprehensive material lists for budgeting
  • Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and timeline enforcement
  • Utilize construction management software for documentation and reporting
  • Read and interpret construction contracts for scope compliance
  • Oversee procurement processes and coordinate material deliveries
  • Supervise on-site personnel with clear direction and training
