Overview

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Radiologic Technologist to work in Weirton, West Virginia for a 13-week assignment. The role involves performing X-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging procedures while supporting patient care and clinical operations in healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform general X-ray, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging procedures with precision and care
  • Ensure high-quality images and accurate patient records using Community Works EMR and Intellirad PACS systems
  • Function autonomously during night shifts as the sole technologist available
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage a departmental workflow averaging 110 studies per day
  • Provide coverage across general radiology, fluoroscopy, and OR as required
  • Maintain commitment to patient safety and compliance with all licensing standards

Required skills

  • Current ARRT certification
  • West Virginia X-ray license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Demonstrated competency in general radiology, fluoroscopy, OR, and portable imaging
  • Experience with Cerner charting system
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and department needs
