Overview

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery for a 13-week contract position in El Paso, Texas. This role involves providing exceptional care during labor, delivery, and postpartum, with the additional responsibility of assisting in C-section deliveries.

Key responsibilities

  • Assessing and monitoring patients during labor and delivery
  • Assisting in C-sections and other surgical procedures
  • Providing postpartum care to mothers and newborns
  • Implementing care protocols and responding to emergencies
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records

Required skills

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
  • Previous Labor and Delivery experience
  • Experience in circulating the OR for C-section deliveries preferred
