Overview

Bakerly LLC is seeking a Total Rewards & Benefits Manager to lead the strategic design and administration of compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and payroll operations. This role is essential in ensuring that Bakerly's total rewards programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the organization's objectives and culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of total rewards strategies and programs.
  • Partner with leadership to align total rewards programs with business objectives and employee engagement goals.
  • Manage external vendor relationships to optimize program effectiveness.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual compensation planning.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical and retirement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee benefits and payroll.
  • Monitor benefits utilization and identify opportunities for program enhancement.
  • Manage company-wide leave programs and work on complex leave cases.
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to support decision-making and compliance.
  • Support audits and internal compliance reviews.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years HR experience in benefits or payroll administration.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and benefits compliance.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
