Overview

Bakerly LLC is seeking a Total Rewards & Benefits Manager to design, govern, and continuously improve their total rewards programs, which include compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, leave management, and payroll operations. This role collaborates with various teams to ensure that the rewards strategies align with company objectives and foster an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with leadership to align total rewards programs with business objectives.
  • Evaluate market trends and best practices to maintain competitive reward programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships to optimize program effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations governing employee benefit plans.
  • Provide strategic oversight of payroll operations across all entities.
  • Manage company-wide leave programs ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics and reporting for total rewards metrics.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • 3 years of HR experience in benefits or payroll administration
  • HRIS and payroll system experience
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and benefits compliance
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
