The Division provides specialized treatments, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and Magnetic Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (mPNS). Key responsibilities include:Support TMS treatment sessions, including equipment setup, patient positioning, and treatment monitoringCollect patient assessments and assist with clinical documentation in CareConnectAssist with the delivery of Neurofeedback, Scrambler Therapy, and mPNS treatmentsCoordinate patient care activities and communicate with patients and providersPerform front desk duties, including patient check-ins, scheduling, registration, and payment collectionCoordinate medical records and maintain accurate documentationTravel to satellite clinic locations as neededPlease note: you will be based in our Westwood Clinic but will be required to float to our other Clinics in Calabasas and Pasadena if needed Salary range: $31.24/hr $41.22/hrDR.
