Overview

Take Ten Tire and Service is seeking an energetic and team-oriented Tire Service Advisor in Oklahoma City. This role involves being the face of the company, focusing on customer service and sales, and managing vehicle-related issues competently and courteously.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and provide logical diagnostic services or repairs
  • Give accurate estimates for recommended services or repairs
  • Maintain communication with technicians and management regarding job status
  • Handle minor customer complaints with courtesy and tact
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and satisfactorily
  • Write and complete work orders, explain services to customers, and collect payments
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels with service
  • Complete all required and additional training offered by the company

Required skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Strong phone skills
  • Ability to use computer systems
  • Familiarity with Tiremaster program
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bilingual preferred
