Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Physical Therapists for a school district in Wappingers Falls, New York. The role involves evaluating students, creating educational and therapy programs, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet student needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
  • Evaluate students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
  • Collect therapy data and maintain accurate student records
  • Monitor progress toward student goals
  • Work collaboratively with the school interdisciplinary team and communicate with student guardians
  • Travel between school locations as needed
  • Supervise assistants if required
