Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists with OASIS experience for home health contracts in Spokane, Washington. This role offers an opportunity to work locally or travel, providing essential at-home healthcare services while receiving strong support and competitive pay.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Document medical records and maintain accurate patient charts
  • Ensure compliance with OASIS documentation requirements
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous OASIS experience
  • Experience with computer charting
  • Minimum of 6 months home health care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
