Overview

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists for home health contracts in Everett, Washington, and surrounding areas. This role requires previous OASIS experience and provides the opportunity to work with top healthcare facilities, offering competitive pay and reliable support.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Occupational Therapy services in patients' homes
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Document patient progress through computer charting
  • Manage a designated territory of coverage
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Washington
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous OASIS experience
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
