Overview

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists for home health contracts in Hiawatha, Iowa and surrounding areas. They provide support to help therapists find the right fit in top healthcare facilities with a strong emphasis on specialized knowledge for at-home healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy to patients in a home health setting
  • Complete OASIS assessments
  • Utilize computer charting for patient documentation
  • Manage a designated territory of coverage for patient visits
  • Communicate and collaborate with healthcare teams

Required skills

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Iowa
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain certification
  • Previous OASIS experience
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
