We're seeking a Territory Operations Director - RN to lead daily operations and clinical services across the Lombard, IL market while ensuring patients, families, and team members receive the highest level of support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader who brings a strong combination of clinical knowledge, people leadership, operational expertise, and business acumen.THE OPPORTUNITY In this role, you'll guide territory operations, support clinical services, lead team development, and drive strong operational performance across the market. You'll work closely with direct and indirect team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners to ensure high-quality patient care while achieving organizational goals and performance expectations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving operations, building strong teams, and making a meaningful impact on patient care. ?
