Overview

Dynamic Equipment Group is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales efforts in the Naples market for heavy construction equipment. Ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in outside sales, this role focuses on building relationships and providing innovative equipment solutions to local contractors and businesses.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the rental fleet presence in the Naples area.
  • Sell new Develon and Dynapac road construction equipment to key accounts.
  • Market and sell inventory of pre-owned Bobcat machinery.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in construction, landscaping, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer job sites.
  • Collaborate with Sales Coordinators to ensure exceptional post-sale support.
  • Follow up on sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with safety rules and company policies.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction equipment
  • Strong knowledge of used equipment values and trade-in evaluations
  • Experience in selling pre-owned inventory
  • Familiarity with compact equipment and heavy machinery
  • A consultative sales approach
  • Understanding of the local Naples business landscape
  • A+ communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual preferred
  • Solid computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in job site environments
