Earthmover Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Part-Time Teller for its Aurora Branch. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service and building relationships within the community while helping members achieve their financial goals in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Provide outstanding service and identify solutions to meet members' financial needs
  • Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow security procedures
  • Answer member questions and assist with account-related requests
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive member experience
  • Promote ECU products and services to benefit members

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic math and cash-handling abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
