Jobot is seeking Experienced Agency Recruiters for a fully remote position. As an employee-owned company, Jobot combines experienced recruiters with advanced technology, helping connect individuals with job opportunities while promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct new business development to attract and retain clients
  • Recruit candidates using the custom ATS, Jax, and other advanced tools
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Manage both client and candidate recruitment processes

Required skills

  • 2+ years of staffing agency experience
  • Full-desk recruiting expertise
  • Performance and revenue accountability
  • Ability to nurture professional relationships
  • Experience in tech recruiting or similar fields preferred
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems like Bullhorn or Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree
