Jobot is seeking experienced Technology Recruiters to join their fully remote team. As an employee-owned recruitment firm, Jobot prides itself on a collaborative and kind culture, providing recruiters with top-tier resources and support to excel in their roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain client relationships for business development
  • Manage candidate recruitment using the custom recruiting software, Jax
  • Utilize sales skills to attract and retain clients
  • Achieve placement goals and revenue targets
  • Provide ongoing support and training to both clients and candidates

Required skills

  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience
  • Full-desk recruiting expertise
  • Strong performance and revenue accountability
  • Experience in relationship management
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
