Job Description

Overview

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company focused on healthy hydration, with a diverse portfolio distributed across North America. The Technical Lead A position in Lee, Florida, involves overseeing maintenance operations and supporting operators through troubleshooting and equipment repair.

Key responsibilities

  • Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment
  • Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions
  • Train at each machine center and assist team members as needed
  • Execute work orders, special projects, rebuilds, and installations when requested
  • Perform preventive maintenance during planned stoppages
  • Work with vendors for startup, improvement, and equipment modification
  • Train operators on equipment standards and technical training modules
  • Develop plans to reduce equipment downtime

Required skills

  • 2 years of direct line supervision of maintenance employees or demonstrated leadership skills
  • 1-2 years' experience with SAP maintenance systems
  • Background in preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing
  • Strong maintenance system skills in industrial electricity, mechanical power transmission, and fluid piping systems
  • Good computer skills, including maintenance management systems and MS Office
  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills
  • Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
