Key responsibilities

  • Drive long-haul routes across states, primarily from Texas to Michigan or New York
  • Maintain a high average length of haul for efficient deliveries
  • Manage freight with 100% no touch logistics
  • Be available for various types of compensation including layover, detention, stop pay, and breakdown pay
  • Participate in pre-planned loads to optimize driving schedules

Required skills

  • CDL A license
  • Experience in truck driving and logistics management
  • Ability to drive team routes or solo routes effectively
  • Knowledge of long-haul transport dynamics
