Overview

CFS is seeking a Business Development Manager who can transition from teaching to a sales role. This position will focus on building and maintaining client relationships while driving new business opportunities, making it ideal for those passionate about relationship-building and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and networking
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Partner with internal team members to deliver best-in-class service
  • Provide exceptional follow-up and client support

Required skills

  • 1-5 years of professional experience (teaching experience encouraged)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
