Overview

Intuit is seeking passionate Tax Experts - Retail On-Site to join their team on a seasonal basis in TurboTax locations across the United States. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate their tax needs and building long-term relationships within the community while leveraging TurboTax's marketing support and software.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a community ambassador, representing TurboTax and engaging with potential clients.
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice and preparation services for clients with various tax situations.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and plan for future tax implications.
  • Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust with clients.
  • Utilize video communication tools to assist clients both in-person and virtually.

Required skills

  • Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with tax preparation experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience filing individual federal and state 1040 tax returns using professional software.
  • Full availability for a flexible 25-34 hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM/sales tools.
  • Interest in community engagement and creating accessible tax-related content.
