This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys finding great people, building relationships, and creating practical programs and processes that help employees and managers succeed.You will work closely with leaders and hiring managers across the organization. You will own the recruiting process while helping us strengthen onboarding, performance management, manager training, and professional development.What You'll DoTalent AcquisitionManage full-cycle recruiting from position opening through offer acceptancePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and the qualities needed for successSource, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring processBuild relationships and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsPrepare offers and coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirementsDeliver a professional and positive candidate experienceTrack recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve our hiring strategies and processesOnboarding & Employee ExperienceLead and continuously improve YBG's onboarding programCoordinate new hire orientation and help create a consistent experience across departmentsPartner with managers to support employees as they integrate into the organizationEvaluate onboarding effectiveness and identify ways to strengthen employee engagement and retentionTalent Development & Manager TrainingDevelop and facilitate practical training that helps managers become stronger leadersDevelop and continuously improve the Company's performance management and review processCreate tools and resources to help managers provide effective coaching, feedback, and performance conversationsCoordinate employee training and professional development initiativesIdentify organizational training needs and recommend programs that support Company goalsSupport succession planning and leadership developmentEvaluate training effectiveness and continually improve development programsHuman Resources SupportPartner on strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and special projectsAssist with developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practicesPartner with the Compliance team on employment-related processes and requirementsProvide support across Human Resources as the needs of the organization evolveWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, training, or organizational developmentExperience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions or departmentsExperience developing or facilitating employee or manager training programs preferredStrong interviewing, coaching, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to build trust and work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of an organizationStrong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailSound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyProficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsOur Core ValuesAt Yingst Building Group, how we work matters.
