Overview

Position Summary Join PC an be an employee-owner as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to play a critical role to support our recruiting and hiring efforts across multiple regions and markets. In this highly collaborative role, you'll help create an exceptional candidate and new hire experience while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding activities from offer acceptance through employment. In office presence required: This position requires a full-time, Monday-Friday physical presence in the South Burlington, VT office to collaborate with the team and support executives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities in a high-volume, multi-state hiring environment. Drive and support the completion of onboarding requirements for new hires; this position plays an instrumental role in the comprehensive onboarding process Coordinate pre-employment drug tests, track onboarding process and paperwork in ATS/HRIS systems and follow up to ensure completion Monitor Form I-9 dashboard and assist with the process Manage inventory of recruiting materials, company giveaways, and career fair resources. Send out welcome boxes for new hires and other recruiting materials as needed Order and distribute Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for new hires Assist with posting on social media and job boards, and other recruitment/marketing efforts as assigned Support relocating new hires by coordinating relocation logistics, managing required documentation, and providing exceptional customer service Assist recruiting/talent acquisition team with sourcing efforts when needed Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Ensure quality new hire experience Support HR team with additional tasks and projects Preferred Qualifications Associate degree preferred Two years of experience related to duties Benefits: Profit sharing bonus 401(k) with a generous company match Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) Health, dental, vision, company paid disability, life insurance and leaves Paid time off and holidays upon hire Annual reviews and training and development opportunities with career growth 100% EMPLOYEE OWNED PC Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values and respects the importance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
