Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 role at Amarx Search, Inc. is a remote position focused on sourcing technical and non-technical candidates for a large international defense and aerospace company. Key responsibilities

Required skills

  • 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing technical talent in various engineering disciplines
  • Experience sourcing cleared talent
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of security clearances
