Overview

The Talent Acquisition Advisor at National Bank plays a critical role in enhancing the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. This position focuses on identifying and attracting top talent while contributing to strategic projects within the Talent Acquisition team, which emphasizes collaboration and an inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategies to identify and attract talent
  • Build and nurture talent pools through long-term relationships
  • Anticipate challenges and recommend action plans
  • Advise managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the strategic dimension of talent acquisition
  • Lead and participate in strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Required skills
