The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy car wash facility and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.Responsibilities:Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring that they are following company policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer serviceTrain new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocolsInspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality controlManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentEnsure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customersPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for managementPerform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
