You successfully lease properties by discovering and exceeding customers' expectations. You assist in marketing and advertising the property and generating traffic. You demonstrate strong leasing performance by consistently meeting weekly leasing expectations.Responsibilities:Lease unit/house to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goalsConduct engaging property tours (in-person and virtual), highlighting amenities and featuresRespond promptly and professionally to leasing inquiries via phone, email, text, and walk-insProcess rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreementsMaintain accurate resident and prospect records in leasing/property management softwareAssist with move-ins, move-outs, and renewalsBuild positive relationships with residents and address questions or concerns in a timely mannerSupport resident events, marketing initiatives, and outreach effortsCollaborate with the property management team to ensure a high-quality resident experienceImplement and execute guest community events.Assist with the annual unit turns as needed.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.SkillsProven working experience as a leasing consultantGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulationsProven track record of successful salesBasic understanding of MS OfficeExquisite presentation and negotiation skillsWell-versed in marketing and sales techniquesCustomer-focused approachProperty Management software (AppFolio) - preferredMinimum of 2 years of experience in a leasing environment in Property Management.Student housing experience is a big plusJob Type: Full-timePay: Commensurate with experienceBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time off401(k)Schedule:M-F 8:30 am-5:30 pmSupplemental Pay:Bonus PayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Property leasing: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's LicenseWork Location:Casa Rana Management OfficeWork Remotely:No Company Description We are an established owner-managed company with 35-year experience offering a collaborative, positive, and fun environment as well as training opportunities and opportunities for growth.
