Overview

CEI is seeking a Strategy & Management Consultant to lead ERP-driven business transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with executive stakeholders to modernize operating models and optimize processes through ERP platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead ERP strategy, readiness assessments, and implementation roadmaps
  • Align ERP solutions with finance, supply chain, and operational goals
  • Drive business transformation across people, process, and technology
  • Conduct current-state assessments and define future-state operating models
  • Support M&A integrations and transformation initiatives
  • Establish KPIs, governance, and performance frameworks
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders

Required skills

  • 5-12+ years in consulting, transformation, or strategy roles
  • Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Plex, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading ERP-driven transformation initiatives
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or complex operations
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Experience at top consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Accenture)
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with Lean, Agile, or change management frameworks
