Ensure the crew has all necessary PPE and personal items Direct and assist crew with the erection of supplies steel components. Log change order work Communicate with Field Coordinator about any unforeseen issues and possible RFI's and job site conditions. Ensure quality of work is consistent with company standards. Ensure work areas and truck cabs are clean at the end of each day
