Overview

The Sr Financial Planning Advisor at Vaco by Highspring is responsible for managing and delivering financial planning and investment advisory services to an established client base. This role emphasizes building strong client relationships while also engaging in business development activities to support firm growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor for a large portfolio of established client relationships.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial plans.
  • Analyze complex financial information to support informed client decision-making.
  • Identify gaps and design actionable strategies to address inefficiencies within financial plans.
  • Clearly communicate sophisticated financial strategies to clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Engage in professional networks and support business development efforts.
  • Articulate the firm's value proposition to prospective clients.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • CFP certification
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning/investment advisory
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial planning tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
